TASTING NOTES:
Red wine of intense ruby red color. Its aging in French and American oak for 8 months and its subsequent 8 months in stowage provides notes of ripe red fruit, roasted peppers, sweet cinnamon perfume. The aging in oak gives vanilla and chocolate fragrances that add complexity. The palate is a structured wine, with soft tannins that give it a great body, round and aromatic. Pairing with roasted red meats, spicy food, fondue of meats or cheeses, llama kid.
