TASTING NOTES:
Bright greenish yellow with fine bubbles. The nose is fruity, very fine, with aromas of flowers, white peach and citrus. The palate presents a completely integrated sweetness, thanks to its excellent sugar acidity ratio. Of good volume and delicate final. Suggested pairing: as an appetizer, also seafood, sushi and different types of desserts or ice cream.
